What should I do if I need to return a product or I received the wrong item?
Sometimes mistakes happen! Once I sent my own mother the wrong candle in a package, so please understand that we mess up sometimes. If you need to return an item for any reason or you received the wrong item, please email us at [email protected]. We’ll get you sorted out. 

What should I do if my products arrive damaged?
We all know that USPS is a pile of garbage. That being said, if something has arrived damaged or broken, please reach out! We’ll happily replace a damaged item. Email us at [email protected]

What if my candle looks funny? 
As explained in our blog post What’s wrong with my candle? we make small-batch, handmade candles. They aren’t always perfect. Sometimes you can circumvent a funky wick or a dip in the wax yourself! If something is seriously not working with your products, reach out though. We want to make sure everyone is happy with what they have received! Email us at [email protected]

I’m a business owner and I’d like to wholesale or buy in bulk! What should I do?
